Trip Packages

Overview

The international arrival point for our scheduled holidays is Vancouver in the province of British Columbia on Canada’s west coast. We have designed our holiday packages to maximize the flexibility for our guests. Most of our holidays have three packages for you to choose from.

The Basic Expedition

If you choose this package you will have to make all travel arrangements from Vancouver to your destination. Please contact us for our ‘Getting Here’ information.

Price includes: lodging/camping once at your destination until the last day of the trip; permit fees; camping equipment; additional transport included in the itinerary e.g. float plane; a guide(s) and any additional local guide services; most meals; park fees.

Price excludes: international flights; accommodation in Vancouver; travel arrangements to/from; lunch and snacks while in transit; personal travel insurance; items of a personal nature e.g. souvenirs, tips etc

The Standard Experience

If you book the standard package we will make all the travel arrangements. For most trips this will include a short return flight (max 1hour flight time) to the destination of your adventure.

Price includes: a Vancouver hotel on arrival day (Day 0); a return flight to the main trip destination and option for the ferry where applicable; lodging/camping until the return to Vancouver (last day of the trip); permit fees; camping equipment; additional transport included in the itinerary e.g. float plane; a tour guide(s); additional local guide services; most meals; park fees.

Price excludes: international flights; additional transfers eg taxi services; hotel on return to Vancouver; lunch/snacks while in transit; at least one dinner; personal travel insurance; items of a personal nature e.g. souvenirs, tips etc

The Ultimate Escape

This package will include two extra nights at a downtown Vancouver hotel and a day’s whale watching adventure to Vancouver Island including a visit to downtown Victoria and the Butchart Gardens.

Price includes: a Vancouver hotel on arrival day (Day 0); a return flight to the main trip destination and option for the ferry where applicable; lodging/camping throughout; two nights at a downtown Vancouver hotel; permit fees; camping equipment; additional transport included in the itinerary e.g. float plane; a tour guide(s); additional local guide services; most meals; park fees.

Price excludes: international flight to Vancouver; additional transfers eg taxi services; lunch/snacks while in transit; at least one dinner; personal travel insurance; items of a personal nature e.g. souvenirs, tips etc
