Booking a holiday

BOOKING WITH CONFIDENCE
For your financial security and in accordance with UK Package and Travel Regulations Wild Earth Adventures is bonded with TOPP (see below).
STEPS TO BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY
1. Make a reservation
Complete the online RESERVATION FORM OR contact us to check availability.
2. Confirmation
We will check availability and confirm your booking reservation.
3. Initial Payment
To confirm your booking you will need to pay a 25% deposit. Full payment is required if booking less than 10 weeks prior to departure. Please see 'How To Pay' below. Please make sure you read the booking terms and conditions.
4. Booking forms
Please complete the online reservation form or download a booking form to be completed by each traveller and returned to our UK or Canadian office (see contact us page).
5. Medical form and waiver
All travellers must complete a medical form and sign a waiver which can be downloaded from the website. Please complete and return to our UK or Canadian office (see contact us page).
Note: The waiver is in compliance with North American requirements. If you have any questions please ask.
6. Final details
We will e-mail you the arrival details for the start of your holiday and include an attachment with an invoice for any outstanding balance.
INSURANCE
It is important to get the right insurance to meet your requirements and have piece of mind. This can be arranged through Sports Direct and the Ventureguard activity related travel insurance. Please click on the link for further information.

By cheque

By Bank transfer
Please inform us if you are going to pay by bank transfer. You will need the following details:

YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
Total Payment Protection Cover (topp):
In
compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package
Tours Regulations 1992 an insurance policy has been arranged with
Travel & General Insurance Company plc to protect customers’
prepayments paid in respect of the ground handling aspects of packages
where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the
destination offered on this website (subject to the terms of the
insurance policy), for:
in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
Total Payment Protection Policy (topp) under policy no NSWE/topp/08/02
In
the unlikely event of financial failure, subject to the terms and
conditions of the Policy, customers’ prepayments for non flight
inclusive packages will be reimbursed. Where return travel to the UK is
included in the package purchased, customers will be repatriated to the
UK. topp is underwritten by Travel & General Insurance Company plc,
authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
