The business was established to share a passion for wild places and real adventure. We are a limited company registered in the UK. During the summer months the office moves to the operating base in British Columbia, Canada. Wild Earth Adventures is a small team consisting of a network of highly experienced guides and outdoor professionals from both Canada and the UK. The tour guides working on any of the trips are professionals with remote care first aid training and an intimate knowledge of the area.

Wild Earth Adventures has technical advisors to review and advise risk assessments to ensure the highest safety standards can be adhered to by revising and updating the operational procedures.

ETHICS

The guiding principle behind Wild Earth is sustainable tourism and education. Wild Earth seeks to create an awareness and respect for the environment through exposure to wild places. Promoting responsible tourism, sustainability and supporting local community initiatives in areas where the company operates. We believe that eco-tourism can benefit the natural world through education. Through the exploration of wilderness settings it is hoped that we may nurture a greater awareness and appreciation of our natural surroundings.

CLIMATE CARE

Wild Earth Adventures is aware that we all contribute to global warming and recognizes that world travel does have a significant impact on the earth's climate and in particular air travel is a big contributor to pollution and global warming. Therefore Wild Earth Adventures has decided to take a practical step by off-setting emissions from client flights to reduce the negative impact. This in turn can also create an opportunity to increase awareness in others about the impact we all have on our planet.

We will contribute a small percentage of the cost of your flight to Climate Care www.climatecare.org  This cost is calculated on the number of air miles traveled. The money will be invested in energy efficiency and renewable technologies and reforestation programs.
