Which trip package should I choose?

There are three packages available with each of our adventures. IMPORTANT NOTE: The exact details of each package will vary. Please consult the trip dossier of your chosen holiday for more information.

Standard Expedition Package

This is the original package and provides overland transportation to and from Vancouver to the destination of our adventure.

Price includes: Overland transport from/to Vancouver; Vancouver hotel the first night of the trip; lodging and camping; permit fees; camping equipment; additional transport included in the itinerary e.g. float plane; a tour guide and cook; additional local guide services; tented accommodation; most meals; park fees.

Price excludes: International flight; Vancouver hotel on return; some meals; lunch and snacks while in transit; personal travel insurance; items of a personal nature e.g. souvenirs, tips etc

Deluxe Experience Package

The package is designed to limit time spent travelling overland to and from the destination. In addition to the Standard package, this Deluxe Experience will include a ferry and/or flight back to Vancouver.

Price excludes: any additional transfers, activities or accommodation

Ultimate Escape Package

This package is designed to eliminate travelling long distances overland. In addition to the Deluxe package, the Ultimate Escape will fly you direct from Vancouver to your destination.

This package also Includes an optional FREE guide consultation day, the day before departure (see below).

What is the FREE guide consulation day?

This is the day prior to your trip start date. You will be escorted by a professional guide who will be able to assist you with the trip kit list, offering technical advice and support as you visit the best outdoor gear stores in Canada. This way you will be best prepared for your trip of a lifetime. Please note this day will not include any food or accommodation.

Do I have to pay a Single Supplement?

If you are a single person booking this holiday you will have to pay a single supplement of CAN $350. By doing so you will be able to have your own room in Vancouver, your own tent during the camping phase, your own cabin room if available, and your own room at lodging in Bella Coola.

If you are happy to share and we can match you with suitable roommate of the same sex then we will let you know and we will waive the supplement fee. However your booking is accepted only on the understanding that if no roommate is available then you accept a single supplement will be levied.

Single supplements are payable if you specifically request to have a room to yourself. If you have requested single accommodation we will do our best to secure this although this may not always be possible.

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to availability it is not always possible to provide single sleeping accommodation but we will do our best to arrange suitable sleeping accommodation.
